Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Grayson Tegler was named the November Shining Stars award winner sponsored by our Effingham Dairy Queen.
He was selected on predetermined criteria by Kings Kids Preschool. Grayson plans on being a policeman when he is old enough and he likes almost all Dairy Queen Treats, especially the hot fudge sundae.
