Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- BMW is recalling about 400-thousand cars in the U.S. over potentially faulty airbags.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said the recall is part of ongoing concerns for years over faulty inflators that could cause the airbags to explode. The recall includes 3 Series sedans made between 2006 and 2011 and 3 Series Sportswagons made between 2006 and 2012.
You can check if your car is on the recall list by going to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s website at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
