UPDATE: Road Closure Rescheduled

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- UPDATE: This road closure is now cancelled and open for all traffic. It will be updated on Tuesday November 12.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: The following road closure has been resceduled to begin on Wednesday November 13th at 7:00 A.M. to Friday November 15th at 3:00 P.M.

From the City of Effingham:

Effingham Asphalt will be installing a sanitary manhole on Monday (11/11)  at 7:00 A.M. to Wednesday (11/13) at 10:00 A.M. which will cause a couple road closures:

 

Jefferson Street going WEST will be closed from Front Street to Merchant Street – EAST bound traffic will remain open on Jefferson.  Merchant Street will be closed from Franklin Avenue to Jefferson Avenue.
