Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham County Chamber announces the addition of Cardinal Golf Course to its network of local businesses. Located at 15737 N Beach Rd, Effingham, IL, Cardinal Golf Course offers an 18-hole public course bordering Lake Sara, providing golfers with scenic views and a challenging layout.
Established in 1967, the course features 5,899 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Amenities include a driving range, putting green, and an on-site clubhouse. Open from March 1 to October 31, Cardinal Golf Course welcomes both seasoned golfers and newcomers, offering a quality golfing experience for all.
In September, the Chamber hosted its first Fall Golf Outing at Cardinal Golf Course, attracting a sold-out group of participants. The event highlighted the course’s appeal and its ability to host successful community and business events.
