County Clerk Michelle Kollman Announces Public Test For Consolidated Election

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Notice is hereby given of a public test of the Precinct Tabulation Optical Scan Technology Equipment and Program used by Effingham County, Illinois for the Consolidated Election on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

This test will be conducted by the Effingham County Clerk’s office on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and will take place on the first floor of the Effingham County Office Building located at 101 N Fourth St., Effingham.
