The Cromwell Radio Group would like to remind you the listener of our contest rules:
No Purchase Necessary.
Must be at least 18 years old to win. Eligible age may differ due to specifics of contest.
To claim any prize you must present a valid ID with photo.
Winner understands and agrees that prizes are “as is”. Any trade or substitutions of prizes is at the discretion of the station.
Unless otherwise specified, all prizes are to be picked up at the offices of WCRA-AM / FM, WCRC-FM, WHQQ-FM, and WJKG-FM, 405 South Banker in Effingham Illinois during normal business hours, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Winners of said prizes have 2 calendar weeks to pick up prize.
WCRA-AM / FM, WCRC-FM, WHQQ-FM, and WJKG-FM is not responsible for failure of telephone equipment, illegible or late entry forms or those lost, stolen or damaged by any means.
If judging is necessary, the decision of station appointed judges are final.
Any winner of prizes must sign a winner’s release form prior to receipt of prizes.
Prizes in excess of $600 in a calendar year will be accompanies by an IRS Form 1099. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxation or gratuities of prize.
We reserve the right to use the winner’s name, voice, and likeness on the air, graphics, and in print without compensation.
We reserve the right to disqualify anyone if contest rules are not followed, and may discontinue any contest at any time. Certain days may be excluded during a contest period.
One winner per household per contest. Winner must wait 30 calendar days before winning again. A household is defined as all persons living at the same postal address regardless of surname.
Employees of the Cromwell Radio Group and its advertising agencies and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate in any contest.
Specific rules may apply to specific contests.
Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. All entrants are providing information directly to the Contest Sponsors and agree to release Apple Inc. from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest.
