Effingham Public Library to Host Program on Cyber Safety

Learn how to effectively protect your personal information online during a program on cyber security Tuesday, April 29, at the Suzette Brumleve Effingham Public Library.
The presentation is 6 to 6:45 p.m. in the Workman Room on the library’s lower level. Registration is required for this event; however, a library card is not necessary to attend.
Lt. Cotton and Det. Reardon of the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office will be on hand to advise participants on how to surf the Internet safely, as well as how to avoid online scams.
